Justin Chan joined BP International, Inc. in November 2015. As the Lease Coordinator and Marketing Assistant, Justin is responsible for the marketing services we promise our clients, as well as the preparation of lease agreements, canvassing, and evaluating potential clients. Being a recent graduate, Justin uses his youth and enthusiasm to increase brand awareness and drive profitable results in one of LA County’s top firms.
Justin’s inspiration to help others is shown by his achievement of Eagle Scout in Boy Scouts of America. Justin previously worked as an Associate Age Group Coach for the Monterey Park Manta Ray Swim Team where he strived to instill skills and characteristics in kids, which would help them excel in and out of the pool.
Justin graduated from California State University, Northridge with a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a Minor in Marketing. At CSUN, he served on the executive board of Sigma Nu Fraternity for 3 years where he increased savings by 25% and hosted multiple weekend events attended by over 200 guests.
Justin is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Certified Commercial Investment Member, Los Angeles Chapter (CCIM-LA) and an serves on the board of the San Gabriel Valley Next Generation Rotary Cub.
